WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

– Our services are scheduled by appointment only. We fill up fast so, advance scheduling is recommended!

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

–Absolutely! The Jane has its own parking lot in the back of the building and there is ample street parking. We do always recommend giving yourself just a little extra time, especially during peak hours.

DO YOU SERVE ALCOHOL?

– Yes you lush. In addition to a rotating selection of draught beer and wines, we also offer organic teas and coffee, as well as a signature infused water of the day.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP?

– Zero, Zilch, Nada. We have a gratuity free environment at H&C. Your loyalty and referrals are worth more than any tip!

MY SITTER BACKED OUT, CAN I BRING MY KID?

– We kindly ask that you please refrain from bringing children of any age into the salon. While we love children, we respect the need of our customers to “get some alone time before we lose our minds”.

I CAN’T MAKE MY APPOINTMENT, DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

– A minimum of 24 hours is appreciated for all rescheduling and cancelling of appointments. Appointments rescheduled or cancelled in less than 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee totaling the amount of services forfeited. In cases of appointments that are No call / No showed we reserve the right to kindly ask you to find a new salon.

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY ON PRODUCTS AND TOOLS?

– Unused and unopened products and tools may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase. If you ever make a purchase you aren’t completely in love with, we are happy to exchange the product within 30 days and apply the purchase price towards a new product for you to try. *Don’t forget your receipt!
